Yes. All products are handcrafted in small batches with intention, care and attention to ingredient integrity. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur and are a natural part of artisanal formulation.

Our formulations prioritize dried herbs, botanicals, high-quality carrier oils, hydrosols, and carefully selected essential oils when appropriate. We avoid unnecessary fillers, synthetic fragrances, and hormone-disrupting ingredients whenever possible.

Most products are cruelty-free. Some formulas may include beeswax or other animal-derived ingredients; these will always be clearly listed in the ingredient section of each product. Such ingredients will be ethically sourced, always.

USE & STORAGE

Each product includes basic usage guidance. Generally, topical products are intended for external use only. Avoid broken akin unless otherwise specified.

Shelf life varies by product. Most oils and balms are best used within 6-12 months. Hydrosol-based products have shorter shelf lives and should be stored according to instructions provided.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Refrigeration is optional for some products and can extend freshness.

Orders typically ship within 7 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom or ritual items may require additional processing time.

Due to the nature of handmade, ritual, and hygiene-related products, we do not accept returns once items have been opened or used. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Additionally, submit a report to your local mail carrier ASAP!

Once an order leaves our care, shipping carriers are responsible for delivery. We will always assist with claims when possible and do our best to ensure our therapeutics get to you safely!
